  • How long is the routine?
    17 minutes for the full sequence. Individual exercises are 2-4 minutes each. Start with individuals until you're comfortable, then progress to the full routine.
  • How often should I practice?
    3-4 times per week is ideal. Daily is fine if your body feels good. Less than 3x/week and you won't see much change.
  • Is this safe if I have a disc issue/injury?
    ELDOA is designed to create space and reduce compression, increase mobility, strength, and healing, which is often helpful for disc issues. However, if you have acute pain or a diagnosed condition, consult your doctor before starting.
  • What if I don't understand the positions?
    The individual exercise library lets you practice each ELDOA slowly until you get it. Take your time—precision matters more than speed.
  • What comes after this course?
    Most people either add the Big Bang Routine (foundation work) or progress to Complete Spinal ELDOA (thoracic + cervical). We'll show you options after you've practiced for a week—no pressure.
